Cancellations
No Cancellatios or Refunds are permitted in BuyeCards.com once the Digital Codes are sent to the cutomer’s email id. If the particular Gift Card is not available / not sent after placing the order, then a refund will be done back to the customer’s credit / debit card used while placing the order. Once the refund is intiated through the payment gateway, it might take 5 – 7 working days to reflect in the credit / debit card. If the refund is not seen in the statement, then kindly get in touch after 7 working days so we can provide the refund code from the payment gateway with which you can check with your card issuing bank.
Once the order is placed, the customer cannot change the email id. As we sent the digital codes to the registered email id used while placing the order online.
Refunds
If the order is placed using Credit card and if the Codes are not sent, then after cancellation the refund will be done to the credit card only. If the payment method is Gift coupon, then a new gift coupon will be issued if the Gift Card is not available. Once the refund is intiated through the payment gateway, it might take 5 – 7 working days to reflect in the credit / debit card.
There will be no Cancellation or Refunds for Gift Cards once it is sent to the customer’s email id as these are digital codes. There won’t be any cash returns for any Gift cards which are cancelled due to no stock.
